Curtain-side container semi-trailer abandons traditional rigid steel side panels and adopts high-strength PVC fiber curtains instead. When the curtains are opened, the side of the trailer achieves fully open operation without obstruction from fixed pillars (pillars support sliding movement), greatly facilitating the smooth loading and unloading of large and wide cargo.
The body frame and key corner parts are constructed with container-grade high-strength steel, delivering excellent torsional resistance. Some models are suitable for stacked storage as well as lifting and transshipment via railway and sea transportation.
Dense stainless steel buckles and tensioning devices are arranged at the bottom of the frame, enabling the curtains to fit tightly against the vehicle body at high speed. This effectively reduces wind resistance while providing reliable protection for the cargo.
